If you have a Xerox WorkCenter or similar all-in-one printer/copier and have one or more optional accessories for hole punching, stapling, etc. You may need to add the functionally manually, these options are not always added at the time you add the printer to your Mac.
1. Navigate to Apple > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
2. Select Printer > Open Print Queue.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Options.
5. Change the Finisher option Before selecting the other options or they will not be available.
*Selecting the Hole Punch Module as “Installed” will also allow for Stapling.
Now, Close out of all these windows and select a document to print.
6. In the print dialogue, select Xerox Features then Paper output.
7. Select the desired finishing option.
You should now be ready to print using the optional accessories on your Xerox.
