
*Appears to be resolved in Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac Update 2 (13.2.0-43213)
Just upgraded your version of Parallels Desktop for Mac and discovered the caps lock stays on. Are you now unable to log into your VM because you can’t enter the password? Try the steps below.
- Shut down the virtual machine and Quit Parallels.
- Open Terminal, you can find it in: Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
- Type or copy & paste the following, it should look like the screenshot below.
- Hit enter, there will not be a result, just a new line.
- Open Parallels and test!
