If while connected to your server over VPN, you are unable to resolve web addresses. It could be due to not having DNS servers properly configured in the VPN settings or not having a route configured.
Below is the DNS that I have set for VPN Clients. The first address is the Address for the server on the VLAN I setup, the next two are the open DNS servers.
I had to set the below route to Public in order to hit other domains that were hosted on my server.
